To be interested in innovation, we need to nurture imagination. Being creative is the process off putting the imagination to work. Often the idea that is ended up with is most likely not the idea that was at the start of the process. Some ideas are highly imaginative but useless.
The definition of creativity is.... the process of having original ideas that have value.
