I lost 5 years of reflections, learning and records of my evolving practice last year.

A new day!

I lost my blog.

The blog was lost in an efficient attempt to get things tidied up when I left my last school. The error occurred literally with a flick of a switch and a huge lesson was learnt by all involved, myself included.

I grieved to be honest.

I have not blogged for the past 6 months despite having had the huge privilege of being part of a new leadership team and getting ready to open Shotover Primary School in Queenstown this year. 

It seems appropriate that I begin this blog on the first day of 2015. The new year brings on a whole load of new challenges and dreams to fulfil....
