We were totally inspired by this wonderful lady and her idea of drawing our realities to help us decide on our next big steps that we built this into our appraisal process....
It's an ideal time to re-think what we have been doing when we find ourselves in a brand new school. It's time to decide what to hold onto and what to let go of...
This is my current reality and desired reality as of January, 2015... I am not sure what is a realistic time frame to put on my desired reality... I will review it term by term to see where we are at...
