Last year, I was absolutely inspired by Patti Drobrowolski so much that I was able to use her visual goal setting model as a part of our appraisal process. I don't think this would have been possible a few years ago unless I just breached copyright and used her ideas behind closed doors. But thanks to global connectedness and Twitter, I was able to contact Patti and ask her for permission to use her model with the staff and to also personalise her goal setting sheet with a Shotover version. 

 It'll be interesting to look back at these at the end of the term and the year... These are my own current and desired realities.
